- After placing the order, we need 1-2 working days to process it. On weekdays, this takes one day, but if the order is placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend, the processing time may be extended.

- Once the order is processed, it will be shipped and typically arrives within 4-6 working days.

After placing your order, you’ll be able to track its delivery. Within a few days, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment with our logistics partner. You can check your order status on our Track & Trace page.

Order Delivery

Once you receive your order, you can enjoy your purchase! However, if you want to exchange or return the product, please visit our Returns page.

Faulty Product?

That's unfortunate! Sometimes, products may get damaged during transport. In such cases, we will promptly send you a replacement product at no additional cost. We do not offer a refund upon first reporting, but if the issue repeats, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Placing an Order

The order process at Stilealto.com is very simple. First, go to the product page and add the item to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart".

Make sure you have selected the correct product variants. If everything looks good, click "Proceed to Checkout". On the checkout page, enter the correct address details and double-check their accuracy. Once you've filled in all the information, click "Proceed to Shipping".

On the "Shipping" page, you’ll see a summary of your details along with the information that shipping is completely free. We cover all shipping and delivery costs as a token of gratitude for our customers. Then click "Proceed to Payment".

Lost Shipment?

If the package gets lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will first resend it before proceeding with any refund. If the order does not arrive within 60 days of shipping, it may be returned.
