Some products are missing – why?

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Do not return the product before sending the photos. Without this, we will not be able to offer an appropriate solution. Our customer service team will address your issue as quickly as possible and find the best solution.

What if I ordered the wrong product, the size doesn’t fit, or I changed my mind?
