Right of Withdrawal
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be in their original condition with original tags and labels.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original state.
- The returned products must not show signs of use.
Please note: If the returned products do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return. We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.
Always ensure that your return package has a Track & Trace tracking code. Returns that are lost will not be refunded unless you provide proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code. Returns sent by mail without a tracking code are at the sender's risk. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. A refund to your account will be processed within a few days of the return being processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them. After 5 minutes, orders are processed, and cancellations are no longer possible.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@stilealto.com after placing it.
Returns are at the sender's risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received the wrong product or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge!
Refund
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days from the moment we receive the return.
